Get ready to train for the trails with Mountain Fit! Greer will take you through targeted HIIT classes designed to prep you for hiking, trail running, and biking. Get ready for strong legs, solid core, and muscular endurance that will push you higher (literally).
Meet our instructors

Greer
HIIT
Greer is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor whose main goal is to help you love moving as much as she does. Her classes are a challenging mix of cardio, strength, and conditioning that help you build confidence in all types of movements.
Most fitness classes are free with entry.
Waiver: All participants must have a current waiver on file.
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 13 years old. (Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.)
Registration: Space is limited so we encourage you to sign up ahead of time below.
