Participants must be ages 13 and older
Full Body Conditioning – This class is designed to get you ready to meet the demands of climbing at your hardest. These 30-minute classes maximize your training time by conditioning your metabolic systems, strengthening your total core, and balancing the antagonist muscle groups as well as those less utilized in climbing.
Jon’s Gear 5 HITT Training – Jon’s Gear 5 HIIT Training Class is a high-intensity interval training class designed to push participants to their limits. This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements to challenge the body and focus on helping increase strength for all types of participants!
TRX- Level 1 – This is a Level One class for full body conditioning. Designed to challenge your core stability and encourage joint stabilization; this is a fun 30 minute workout targeted to strengthen you from within. Utilizing body weight, calisthenics, and some light weights; it will be sure to develop your posture, mobility, and strength endurance.
TRX- Level 2 –This is a Level Two class for full body conditioning. (Have prior intermediate experience with suspension trainer or have completed four weeks of the Level One conditioning). Designed to challenge your core stability and encourage joint stabilization, this is a fun 30 minute workout targeted to strengthen you from within. Utilizing body weight, calisthenics, and some various resistance equipment; it will be sure to develop your cardio, coordination, and strength.

Meet Jon, an accomplished individual originally from Long Island, New York, who ventured to Colorado in 2019. With a degree in Health Science from Stony Brook University, Jon has cultivated a deep passion for physical fitness. Whether it’s climbing, actively engaging in sports, or excelling in strength training, Jon’s expertise covers an array of fitness realms, including HIIT, strength training and power lifting, and functional workouts. His dedication to helping others achieve their fitness aspirations is unparalleled. During his free time, he enjoys relaxing at home, playing guitar, and hanging out with his amazing brother.
