Participants must be ages 13 and older
Full Body Conditioning- This class is designed to get you ready to meet the demands of climbing at your hardest. These 30-minute classes maximize your training time by conditioning your metabolic systems, strengthening your total core, and balancing the antagonist muscle groups as well as those less utilized in climbing.
G1 MOUNTAIN SPORT CONDITIONING –This class is designed to complement some of Colorado’s favorite summer activities like cycling, trail running, and of course climbing. The class will have a basis in cardio but a specific emphasis on strength, balance, and agility work to help prevent injury and enhance performance.

Sarah is originally from Akron, OH and has lived in Colorado since 2019. She has her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a certified health coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. Sarah enjoys helping others find a type of movement they truly enjoy, helping create a positive self image, and increasing other’s self confidence.
