Weekly Classes

Fitness is a fundamental part of who we are

It’s not just a tag line in our name. Let us help you push yourself beyond what you thought mentally and physically possible by coming to one of our fitness classes today.

Most fitness classes are FREE with entry.
Space is limited; you must sign up ahead of time below
Participants must be ages 13 and older

We offer these classes:

HIIT – This class is a high-intensity interval training class designed to push participants to their limits. This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements to challenge the body and focus on helping increase strength for all types of participants!

Climber Fit Yoga – Designed to improve your total fitness. You will gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance within these 45 minute classes. These are G1’s climber catered version of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Those new to yoga will get the instruction and attention they need to get off to a good start on their yoga journey. More experienced yogis will still be able to get a good workout in this class as our teachers will provide difficulty modifications to meet their needs.

Full Body Conditioning – This class is designed to get you ready to meet the demands of climbing at your hardest. These classes maximize your training time by conditioning your metabolic systems, strengthening your total core, and balancing the antagonist muscle groups as well as those less utilized in climbing.

Tim Sroka

Power Stretching and Weightlifting on Thursdays

With 2+ years of hands-on experience in private personal training, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients elevate their performance, reach new levels of fitness, and achieve their personal goals. A former college baseball player, my deep passion for sports performance fuels my approach to training. Drawing from a variety of coaching styles and decades of training, I create tailored workouts that prioritize strength, agility, and athleticism.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your endurance, recover from an injury, or improve your overall performance, I bring a results-driven mindset to every session. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential.

Closed at 4pm: Christmas Eve and New Years Eve

Closed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
