Jon’s HIIT – Jon’s HIIT Class is a high-intensity interval training class designed to push participants to their limits. This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements to challenge the body and focus on helping increase strength for all types of participants!
Climber Fit Yoga – Designed to improve your total fitness. You will gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance within these 45 minute classes. These are G1’s climber catered version of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Those new to yoga will get the instruction and attention they need to get off to a good start on their yoga journey. More experienced yogis will still be able to get a good workout in this class as our teachers will provide difficulty modifications to meet their needs.
TRX- Level 1 – This is a Level One class for full body conditioning. Designed to challenge your core stability and encourage joint stabilization; this is a fun 30 minute workout targeted to strengthen you from within. Utilizing body weight, calisthenics, and some light weights; it will be sure to develop your posture, mobility, and strength endurance.
TRX- Level 2 –This is a Level Two class for full body conditioning. (Have prior intermediate experience with suspension trainer or have completed four weeks of the Level One conditioning). Designed to challenge your core stability and encourage joint stabilization, this is a fun 30 minute workout targeted to strengthen you from within. Utilizing body weight, calisthenics, and some various resistance equipment; it will be sure to develop your cardio, coordination, and strength.
Full Body Conditioning – This class is designed to get you ready to meet the demands of climbing at your hardest. These 30-minute classes maximize your training time by conditioning your metabolic systems, strengthening your total core, and balancing the antagonist muscle groups as well as those less utilized in climbing.
