Regardless of your experience level, yoga is an integral part of holistic wellness and we offer a variety of yoga classes, which are intentionally tailored to your needs. Choose between increasing strength and flexibility, restoring health and energy, or resetting your mind through meditation.
Yoga classes are FREE with entry.

Participants must be ages 13 and older
YOGA RESTORE – These all-inclusive 60-minute classes are slower paced, grounding, and feature longer prop-assisted holds lasting 2-6 minutes ending with an extended savasana. This gentle, deep stretch format emphasizes mindfulness, breath work, and reflection so you’re able to dissolve the day’s tension and welcome joyful sleep.
YOGA FLOW – These 60-minute classes fuse vinyasa style yoga with a class geared towards mental and physical restoration. Classes are designed with all ability levels in mind. You will move through poses that help to generate heat for a deeper stretch.
YOGA FIT – Our Yoga Fit offerings are designed to improve your total fitness. You will gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance within these 60-minute classes. These are G1’s climber catered version of Power Vinyasa Yoga and we offer two levels to accommodate everyone.
POWER YOGA – This 60-minute class is designed for individuals looking for a more advanced yoga offering that feels like a good workout. You can expect a wider variety of poses, more powerful poses, and a quicker pace.
DEEP STRETCH AND MEDITATION- This 60-minute soothing class includes accessible breath work, joint-focused movement, and a nurturing meditation practice. Classes are inclusive to all-levels and aim to ease tension and stress, teach skills for injury prevention, and promote active recovery and performance.
YOGA WORKSHOPS – G1 also offers unique yoga workshops. These workshops will explore different forms of yoga, dive deeper into certain aspects of your practice, and play host to community-building events.
Class: Yoga Fit on Mondays
Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and loves the sense of balance that yoga brings to her life. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2010 and when in her classes, you can expect feel good flows that have you walking away feeling stronger both mentally and physically. In addition to her passion for yoga, Jen enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her family and friends.
Class: Yoga Restore on Mondays; Yoga Fit and Deep Stretch and Meditation on Wednesdays
Osiris has been practicing yoga for over a decade and loves the community-building and reflective elements yoga has to offer. And while Osiris is certified in power vinyasa, their classes are often grounded, on the softer side, and infused with their love of nature sounds. In their free time, Osiris loves to bake banana bread, listen to Italian podcasts, and sip oat lattes while reading a good book!
Class: Power Yoga on Thursdays and Yoga Flow on Fridays and Sundays
Peryl found yoga after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000, after decades of chronic pain. She began practicing shortly after, and teaching in 2016, and is now stronger, mentally and physically, and closer to pain free than she’s ever been. She teaches a wide variety of classes, but has a special love for strong, sweaty, challenging and creative Vinyasa classes that push student’s boundaries when it comes to strength, flexibility, mobility, and their belief in what their body is capable of.
