Regardless of your experience level, yoga is a critical tool when it comes to pushing your climbing skills and we offer a variety of yoga classes, which are intentionally tailored to your needs. Choose between increasing strength and flexibility, restoring health and energy, or resetting your mind through meditation.
Yoga classes are FREE with entry.
Space is limited; we encourage you to sign up ahead of time below

Brittany has been teaching yoga since 2014. Her goal is to guide you back to the teacher that resides within yourself. She does this by planting seeds of curiosity, helping you to sharpen your awareness on all levels. She will challenge you both physically and mentally so that in time, you can build a level of resilience that permeates through all aspects of your life.

Jenelle Frey brings 18 years of yoga experience with her. She inspires physical and mental wellness through movement, breath work, holistic nutrition and personal growth. Jenelle prioritizes wellness goals to improve flexibility, gain strength, and increase stamina. Her practice encourages stress relief, pain management, injury prevention/recovery, sports conditioning and healthy aging. In her free time, Jenelle enjoys spending time with her loved ones, and loves outdoor recreation and live music.
Yin/Restore on Monday
and Wednesday evenings
Osiris has been practicing yoga for over a decade and loves the community-building and reflective elements yoga has to offer. And while Osiris is certified in power vinyasa, their classes are often grounded, on the softer side, and infused with their love of nature sounds. In their free time, Osiris loves to bake banana bread, listen to Italian podcasts, and sip oat lattes while reading a good book!
Substitute Instructor
After her first yoga class in 2013, Morgan began sharing flows with her friends and family and became a certified instructor in 2020. Her dance and personal training backgrounds influence the addition of a creative and fun movement aspect to every yoga class. Connecting your mind and body is more than a phrase, it’s a passion, and Morgan hopes everyone leaves her class feeling a little more connected with themselves and their community. When she’s not at the gym, Morgan also enjoys world-traveling, hiking and cuddling with her cat, Otis.
Vinyasa Flow on Wednesday mornings
Hi! My name is Rachelle (she/her). I am a yoga teacher and meditation instructor, along with many other things. I was born and raised in South Florida and started practicing yoga at the age of 17. After attending a 3-week immersive yoga teacher training program in the spring of 2023, I spent 9 months living at an ashram in the mountains of Colorado, teaching and practicing yoga. It was magical, healing, and, overall, a life-changing experience! I fell in love with Colorado, the mountains, the culture, and all of the nature enthusiasts and outdoor activities. I am thrilled to call Colorado my new home! It brings me a lot of joy to share my love of yoga with others.
