Regardless of your experience level, yoga is an integral part of holistic wellness and we offer a variety of yoga classes, which are intentionally tailored to your needs. Choose between increasing strength and flexibility, restoring health and energy, or resetting your mind through meditation.
Yoga classes are FREE with entry.

Participants must be ages 13 and older
YOGA RESTORE – These classes are geared toward restoration, both physical and mental, and are aimed at all ability levels. The pacing is slowed down, poses are held for longer to allow for a deeper stretch, and sometimes props are utilized. Breathwork, focus, and clarity are emphasized in this 60-minute class.
YOGA FLOW – These 60-minute classes fuse vinyasa style yoga with a class geared towards mental and physical restoration. Classes are designed with all ability levels in mind. You will move through poses that help to generate heat for a deeper stretch.
YOGA FIT – Our Yoga Fit offerings are designed to improve your total fitness. You will gain strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance within these 60-minute classes. These are G1’s climber catered version of Power Vinyasa Yoga and we offer two levels to accommodate everyone.
POWER YOGA – This 60-minute class is designed for individuals looking for a more advanced yoga offering that feels like a good workout. You can expect a wider variety of poses, more powerful poses, and a quicker pace.
YOGA WORKSHOPS – G1 also offers unique yoga workshops. These workshops will explore different forms of yoga, dive deeper into certain aspects of your practice, and play host to community-building events.

Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and loves the sense of balance that yoga brings to her life. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2010 and when in her classes, you can expect feel good flows that have you walking away feeling stronger both mentally and physically. In addition to her passion for yoga, Jen enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her family and friends.

Sofie was born and raised in Sweden, she has now lived in Colorado for almost 7 years! She try’s to practice yoga both on and off the mat and loves teaching vinyasa flow style classes.Yoga for her is about re-setting, letting go and aligning with herself and everything else in my life.
Class: Yoga Fit on Thursdays
Samantha completed her 200-hour vinyasa training in 2014. Since then, she has studied hatha yoga and yoga nidra. She is also an iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Level 1 Teacher. She invites her students to be present in their bodies and encourages them to take what they learn on the yoga mat and weave it into daily life.

Alan’s style of yoga is a Vinyasa Style with an Ashtanga influence, he likes to call it Ashtanga Improv. Most start coming to Alan’s class for the physical practice, then quickly realize they stick around because of the playlists and dharma talks. Alan will push his students to help them find what they are capable of and help them realize the on-the-mat practice is just the beginning of the journey.
Substitute
Angela has always been grounded in wellness, supporting others in their personal health journey and providing the resources and coaching for everyone to feel successful in their yoga practice. Angela believes yoga is for everybody and every body. Her classes mesh science, yoga theory and the physical practice.
