Retail FAQ
Do I have to buy shoes and a harness to climb at your gym?
Nope! We have shoe, harness, chalk bag and belay device rentals. But we recommend investing in your own climbing gear when you are ready!
What’s your return policy?
Return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days.
Due to safety and liability issues, life safety equipment is not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, all hardware (including carabiners, quickdraws, belay devices), harnesses, helmets, ropes, cords, slings, and lanyards. Climbing shoes may not be returned if they have ever been climbed in (either outside or inside). If you suspect that the equipment is defective, please bring it back to G1 Climbing + Fitness for a warranty evaluation.
What if you don’t carry the item I am looking for?
